    Hi Chris. I placed a ticket yesterday to cancel my account as I need to cut my expenses. I'm super satisfied with the spectacular service provided by Rochen, but with the economy as it I need to cancel my account.

    I do not know whether it was the update on the card or the message I sent to you, but in any case, It is amazing how fast the response was, eventhough the problem was due to our failure to update the card number. As many have said it before, this kind of service is not easy to find.

    Our account has been suspended, due to a credit card issue. We just updated the card details (the card was recently renewed) and want to know if there is a way to pay the invoice immediately, so we can have the site back again.

    Sorry to bother you with this. I purchase multiple domain package yesterday and received an email saying there was an issue with credit card. I updated information and was just seeking a confirmation of the purchase and when we can expect status to changed from pending?

    Hi, I just started experiencing a problem with MySQL . The problem started about 40 minutes ago. When in phpMyAdmin, select a table and click structure I get the following error: #1 - Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_4126_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13)

    So far I'm satisfied with rochen and the complete control I can have with my account it's awesome.

    Anyways, I didn't know whether to submit a ticket but I'm interested in obtaining an unbranded seal . Since I'm a in the reseller plan, and the seal is available upon request, I thought I'd ask.
