WOW is all I can say
 

Rochen is a breath of fresh air. After several attempts to get Joomla to function on another host we decided to cancel and setup Rochen. Within about 10 minutes I was able to install Joomla 1.6 and have the site back up and functional. Cpanel is quick and Support has been great. 8 minutes for a ticket to be taken care of.
