Thumbs up Customer Support at Rochen Cannot Be Beat.

Our site faced its first DDoS attack tonight. Before I could even submit a support ticket, Rochen opened one for me and took the appropriate measures to lock everything down to mitigate the issue.

My support technician Brad, went above and beyond in helping me get the issue resolved.

Over the course of 2 hours Brad worked with me to help me get things back in running order. He helped me through a new WHM account setup, name server changes, data backup and migration and in general just step by step info and tips on what to do at each step.

He went way above and beyond! I am so thankful. Truly top notch stuff.

Rochen is the best host I've ever used!
