Happy to have chosen Rochen !

I am a newbie in regards to Joomla, website development, hosting etc. I researched and found out about Joomla, and then researched and found out that Rochen had good customer reviews, hence I chose Rochen.

When I realized that I had accidentally damaged my own files, I was not sure how to proceed, as my own backup files were not working as desired. I was able to restore effortlessly with the Rochen Vault backup. Tons of relief to have the Rochen vault, though I realize it is best to have your own backup.

Even earlier whenever I had opened any tickets, the response has been good.

Great team and happy to have chosen Rochen.
