existing customer - need access to support forum

I realize this is the public sales forum, but my account is not setup for viewing. Also failing to login on the My Rochen site.

Hi egorman,

Could you email us please at sales@rochen.com with some more details about your account? Please include the full first and last name of the primary account owner, full billing address, primary email address, and last 4 digits of the credit card on file for the account.

Once we're able to verify account ownership, we'll be able to assist you with your log in details.
