I have been with Rochen for 9+ years as a Reseller. Fast support is very important to me, I have had almost instant email responses from Tech Support team, be it 3pm or 3am (I work late!) - I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes for a reply.

As a reseller I was a little concerned with loosing WHM on the new UK Premium Web Hosting plans. But after migrating my sites I can say.. Nice! . The new servers are lighting fast and the Rochen control panel is far easier to manage than WHM was.
