My account was deactivated but I'm still receiving warnings

(Sorry for contact you here, but since I deactivated my account I cannot access myrochen portal to submitt support tickets, nor I can access the private customer area of this forum).

I'm still receiving a daily email about "card payment failed", but I already resolved all billing issues with you (Ticket id #140752). Can you deactivate these automated notifications or perhaps I just have to ignore them?
