Domain problem

Hello all,

During the buying procedure of Business Hosting Plan I was asked to type name of the domain that I would like to use. I thought that this domain will be included in hosting plan, but it seems that I just typed something that is already in use by somebody else (it belongs to GoDaddy). What can I do to fix that?

Hi Lucas,

We don't have domain registration services here. You'll need to purchase a domain through a registrar of your choice.

If your plan has already been activated, just open a Technical Support ticket to request that our staff change your domain for your Business Hosting Plan, to your new one.

If the plan has not yet been activated, please open a Billing Support ticket so that we can update it to your new domain before activating the plan.
