Sorry to bother again, but for some reason, I can't get into myrochen site. There has to be a way, that if the user name and password isn't valid that we can contact you another way, with out going to this section?

Is there a contact email say, [email protected] we can go too?

problem:

my email is [email protected] no longer is valid, so I thought I added [email protected] to my account, but it does not recognize it. So I can't get a log password email.

I think the system has the wrong email still, though, I'm not sure -- I changed it, who knows. The wrong one was infog? but now, with all the issues, I need it to be a non-rochen account just in case my account is subspended for tech issues.

can someone contact me at [email protected]? I'm going to use my gmail account to access myrochen at [email protected].

also, how can I get my main account to be ajwconsultingmedia.com not kidspass.org? this domain will be deleted soon, and I want everything under my computer name.

also, I have a major issue with kidspass.org. there are over 33K emails that I'm forced to delete, but it's taking me forever, how can you remove this on the server -- I feel this is the reason for some cause I have no space on my server now? It jumped to over the limit. Please someone help me this is High status. I can’t add new applications to my server.

Hi Adrienne,

For security and tracking purposes all technical support is handled through the My Rochen customer portal. You can reset your password on the login page.

If you don't know the email address you have on file or don't have access to it, then please email via [email protected] confirming your full contact details, account details as well as the last four digits of the credit card you have on file with Rochen. I will then work to get the password reset for you.

When we get your password reset this time I would suggest you note the details in a safe place so you always have access.

I am not sure I understand your question? You can enable customer level access for your account once you are logged into My Rochen.

Have you sent through an email yet so we can get your password reset?
 
I have not received any email from you. Please see my reply above. I need you to email me the details listed in order to reset your password.
 
email was sent... bouncing emails.

I sent it yesterday..... Is everything working via my servers? My space is very limited; would that have something to do with it? Not sure why, because it just jumped all of a sudden. I've been getting issues with my emails bouncing in the last 2 weeks. Missing emails, etc. I’ve been testing all day, and I’m not getting email via my account.

Please send the message again. The most recent email I have from you is on May 15th when we reset the password last time. Please send from an alternate account if you are having issues. As this is security sensitive we can't resolve it via a forum thread.

So if the confirmation messages are being blocked, then the senders are not going to know this is happening ;)
 
I just sent it again via my gmail, yes, you have to verify you are real. Sorry, I have to control spam, as my emails are public.
 
Please let me know when you get it, I sent it 20 mins ago, and I have to add a support ticket, because a lot is going on with my accounts. thanks.
