You should be able to do this via the Account & Billing section in your My Rochen profile at https://my.rochen.com
Just head to "Account & Billing" and then click on Account Settings. Towards the bottom of the menu item you'll see "enable forum access".
Should you run into any difficulties, please open a billing support ticket. That will be immediately flagged to me so that I'll be able to investigate further for you.
