Link my Forum registration to customer details

Hi,

Posting here because i didn't want to open a 'ticket' and figured this would be something simple. I am an existing customer but hadn't been to the forums in a long time so have forgotten my login details. So I re-registered under Steve522 however as Steve522 I don't have access to any of the customer forums.

please let me know what I need to do to fix this.
