Penalty Fees

Hello, I would like to ask if there will be penalty fees if ever I want to upgrade plan?

Hi Jaedon,

There are no penalty fees for upgrading or downgrading your hosting plan. In some cases there may be a fee (such as a migration fee to move between servers or customer accounts)

Generally though, if you're upgrading or downgrading within our current tier of plans (Business, Reseller), there wouldn't be an extra charge.
