can I get old files

As a very happy previous customer with Rochen I would like to ask if I can retrieve old files from previous hosting as the company I used does not have the code ! Yes I cannot believe that too.

I canx my development hosting 2 months ago with Rochen as developer told me site ready and client happy with content but just gone back to launch live and they say the do not have the files.

Help with advice please.

Without being facetious I would suggest that you get the files from the backups that you took.

If you did not take any backups then you probably have an expensive problem.
