Hello,

I'm considering starting a small, part time business where I'd offer to create a Joomla based site, and host it via a reseller program. One of my "fears" is the support issue. What kind of support, if any, do you offer to the owners of the websites I'd be hosting as a reseller? Also, I'm kind of new to this idea. Please feel free to tell me I'm out of my mind, and this kind of thing isn't done by anyone. I can take it.

Hi Rick,

We provide support for your own Rochen account, including all accounts within your Reseller Plan. Your own clients wouldn't be able to contact us though, you'd be their host/reseller and would be responsible for providing direct support to them. Support for scripts that you install (Joomla for example) would need to be handled by you or your web-developer though (just like you or your graphic designer would handle graphics-related issues, etc.), thanks!
