End User Support

Hello,

I'm considering starting a small, part time business where I'd offer to create a Joomla based site, and host it via a reseller program. One of my "fears" is the support issue. What kind of support, if any, do you offer to the owners of the websites I'd be hosting as a reseller? Also, I'm kind of new to this idea. Please feel free to tell me I'm out of my mind, and this kind of thing isn't done by anyone. I can take it. :)

Hi Rick,

We provide support for your own Rochen account, including all accounts within your Reseller Plan. Your own clients wouldn't be able to contact us though, you'd be their host/reseller and would be responsible for providing direct support to them. Support for scripts that you install (Joomla for example) would need to be handled by you or your web-developer though (just like you or your graphic designer would handle graphics-related issues, etc.), thanks!
