Since I moved some sites to Rochen I have had an improvement in the performance of the sites and have enjoyed greater flexibility in working with them.
Although initially I was concerned about not being able to talk directly to staff I have found the ticket support system fantastic.
Often I have found the answer to issues I have in the knowledgebase or forums; but sometimes you require more immediate assistance. e.g. a new site I had launched disappeared as I had accidentally deleted the joomla database (i know, how?) At about 10.38 I opened a support ticket requesting assistance, by 11.37 the database was restored and back up and working. Thats what I call service.. !
It is rare I use the ticket system I did a couple of times when I started using Rochen with some handholding queries and the staff were great then.
