I just want to say thanks to all the support people at Rochen. I recently moved my hosting from the starter plan to the reseller hosting. The team answered all my 'dumb' questions, and also gave me links to other sites to sort out issues that are not their responsibility.

I am in IT and I just want to say thanks as the responses you give have been within 5 minutes for all my questions and on point.
