Is changing Name Servers the only way to host with Rochen?

Hi,
I'm the IT Operations Manager for the City of Cedar Rapids in Iowa. Our Community Development team currently owns corridormpo.com and wants to change it to be hosted by you guys. however we already have DNS setup elsewhere and MX records pointing to our email servers. Can we host this website by just pointing our A records to Rochen servers?

You can certainly manage your DNS externally with any Rochen plans, thanks!

Is there any "How to" or anything that I could view. I've only been given instructions on pointing the NS records and would rather host by pointing the A record.
