My Rochen "Forgot Password" not working.

I know this is not a pre-sale question but I don't know were else to go.
It looks like the My Rochen interface has changed and I'm unable to login and the "Forgot Password" is not working, for my account anyway.

No phone number to call, no other way to get in touch with support.

Please help,
