Dear whom it may concern(maybe customer service),

Please check my case as follow;

-Order & paid for 'buisness hosting plan 2' with 'nomadstory.com' at 25th of Dec. 2011 (the invoice file attatched) by my own credit card.

-No email from your side regarding activation hosting till now.

-Tried to sing in 'my rochen' to resolve this matter by myself so many times
but still not possible to sign in because my password is still not working.
Also new pw through your (noreply) email is not working..

-My name is Soo-youn Cho at [email protected] and you can find more details of me by the attatched file which was issued by your company.

Looking forward your solution for my case as soon as possible.

Hi there,

I have just responded to your email. Unfortunately we were not able to accept the order as it didn't pass our regular screening checks. Any amount charged to you would have been refunded to the same card. It may take a few business days for that to reflect on your statement though.
