Currently, I use a low price unlimited shared domain server. It is easy to register a domain and host it.

What steps are involved in registering domains and hosting them if I use your reseller package? These will be Joomla sites.

Registering your domains should be straight forward using any of the major domain registrars.

Once you have registered your main domain, and configured things in accord with your Reseller Welcome email, you'll find setting up additional domains under your Reseller Plans is quite easy.
