I don't get over here very much to say my thanks but I must say that if I have a problem that is warranted a ticket, then the Rochen staff take care of it promptly. However it is rare that I need to submit one because everything runs fairly smoothly on the server. Any issues I have had, have been self inflicted, and nothing to do with Rochen's servers or service... lol
Another thing I really like about Rochen is the community of customers here in this very forum that support other customers. As I said above, I rarely need help, but when I do, it is because I have done something incredibly stupid..lol
Not once have I been chided or ridiculed for being a NOOB... In fact staff here and other members have been quite helpful, and one in particular is MikeS! He has always been kind, smart, funny, and very very helpful.
So KUDO's to Rochen for fostering such a helpful spirit in the forums here. You should be proud. And MikeS, thank you, thank you, thank you for being YOU!!
