I've used RochenHost for three years now, and the performance of my Joomla site rocks, as does the performance of VBulletin and Magento.
Recently we were attacked by a hacker, who uploaded viruses - this part I received no help for. However, because RochenHost had been making backups, I was able to restore the scripts from over a month old, remove the downloaders, and viruses, then completely restore my site. I am very happy that RochenHost has put automatic backups in play.
