No problems after 2 months of service here. The pre-sales forum and the dedicated support lines are great. When I need to setup another domain and had questions, there response was within minutes...on a Sunday morning.
No reported down time and I haven't noticed any periods where the site was sluggish.
I have another hosting company for a personal website, that was a little cheaper than rochen. But, the customer service is no where close to Rochen's and that site is always sluggish. Beware of cheaper sites, there is a reason they are cheap! You get what you pay for! Needless to say, I'll be moving that other domain over to my Rochen account once my pre-paid period ends.
