Before I purchased my own managed server (MVS) on Rochen, I had a reseller account with them (to test the waters so to speak). The quality of service on my reseller account convinced me that having my own server managed by Rochen would not be a problem.
Any time my clients have questions or issues I can not solve, Rochen customer support is not only there to help, they walk me through the solution step by step. Their response time is unbelievable. I am often contacted within minutes of posting a support ticket.
