I realize this is the public sales forum, but my account is not setup for viewing. Also failing to login on the My Rochen site.

Could you email us please at [email protected] with some more details about your account? Please include the full first and last name of the primary account owner, full billing address, primary email address, and last 4 digits of the credit card on file for the account.
