I really appreciate Chris' policy of not outsourcing support. One of the main reasons I signed up with Rochen is the unsurpassed support. I have used a number of host providers in my 16 years of hosting/development experience. No one has been as dedicated to answering my problems so quickly 24/7. I don't know how they do it.
I am also amazed at all the add-on's and features Rochen provides. I switched from an ASP.NET environment to UNIX/PHP because I couldn't get the CMS development environment that I can with Joomla! I searched a lot of Joomla! host providers and realized that the best provider was the company hosting the official Joomla! site. I have been with Rochen since August, tested their speeds against other providers, and Rochen always comes out ahead.
