I just wanted to take a moment to thank Brad and Adam for their help in getting me up and running with an SSL certificate. I'm certain I made their job more difficult because of my lack of knowledge with the process. Not only was their response time superb, but they both displayed a fair amount of patience and a willingness to help that exceeded my expectations.
I recently moved to Rochen from a small personable host who was excellent in terms of support, but my costs with that host were prohibitive (about four times my current monthly costs as a reseller with Rochen). Prior to that I was with a cost-effective host who couldn't care less whether I lived or died. I am delighted to have found Rochen whose approach to customer service and value in terms of pricing seem an excellent match for my needs.
