Couple questions - Reseller option

Hey guys. I've heard great things about Rochen.

I've got a couple initial questions:

1. The Client Exec option. Does that hook into a payment system out of the box or do we have to set it up?

2. What are the details of the full Money Back Guarantee? Ie- 30days or?

All the billing are done monthly so you can cancel at anytime. They offer a money back guarantee for the first 15 days of service during which period you can receive a full refund for any reason.

CE does not come with any pre-configured payment gateway hooks, you need to set that up as you wish.

Ok, couple more things I've come up with:

1. email limits per hour and per day. One of my customers has a couple hundred users that get newsletters every month. They are hoping to increase this dramatically to a few thousand. Are these limits flexible at all or what do you suggest in a case like this?

2. I'm trying to decide whether to go with Multiple domain hosting or Plan2 of the Reseller. The only reason I'd go with the Reseller option is to take advantage of the Client Exec for my few customers I'd move over (hoping to grow more soon ). Can I demo this feature or if I go with the reseller plan to start can I downgrade if it's not working for me?

Hi Kev,

1. If you require to send more email than this then you can opt for our Managed Virtual Server (MVS) solution. We do not enforce any mailing limits with an MVS and you are only capped by the physical system resources available within the enviroument. 2. You can find dull details regarding Client Exec at: http://www.clientexec.com. You can downgrade from reseller to multiple domain but it is not as simple as upgrading. Also remember that the multiple domain plans are not privately branded so your customers will all know they are hosted at Rochen.

I love the idea of the MVS but I just can't afford that level right now.
I've also poked around the clientexec site prior but I can't get a very good idea of the specifics from their site. Thanks for the option though.

Are there any other gochas hosting Joomla sites you can point out? That's mostly what I'll be hosting and why I've come to Rochen.

Hi Kev,

You could start off with a reseller plan and easily upgrade to a MVS later on if your needs grew lager. The MVS is designed as a stepping stone between the reseller plans and a full Managed Server.

No, there are no real issues with Joomla on our servers. It will run right out of the box without any problems.
